On Friday, July 10th, there is a FREE kickoff event open to EVERYONE (whether registered for the YAC or not) being held at Schuler Books in Eastwood Towne Center, Lansing, that begins at 6pm.

The cost of the conference is $100 and the conference website is:

Brickey's YA novel, Flowers for Rodney, will be available for sale and signing, with a portion of sales going to support this conference.

Please share this information and encourage your young writers to come out and play with words! Deadline for registration is June 29th so act fast and secure your spot.
